1. Shipping Methods
We arrange transportation for your order, and once it leaves our warehouse, we transfer responsibility for the shipment. We primarily use the "Ex Works" (EXW) shipping method. This means that once your order is ready, it will be made available for pickup at our facility. As the buyer, you are responsible for covering the costs of transportation, as well as handling all associated risks and charges from the point of origin.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times depending on your location. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays or natural disasters, may affect delivery times. If the item is in stock, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and volume of the goods. The freight charges will be added to your invoice. For Contract Club members, there is an exclusive benefit of free freight for orders exceeding 10,000 SEK, excluding VAT.
4. Refunds Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date the returned product(s) are received by Amega Lab.5. Taxes and Duties
Within the EU: All relevant taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price.International Shipping Outside the EU: Taxes and duties may apply upon reaching the destination. For assistance, contact support@amegalab.com.
